Together, we host events, support local causes, and make a real impact right here in Crestview. Click here to download the membership application and bring it to our member meeting every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 6PM at the Crestview Senior Activity Center – 205 Stillwell Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539.

If you or someone you know needs help with vision or hearing services, food security, or another area of need, please reach out. The Crestview Lions Foundation reviews service requests regularly and connects individuals with resources that can make a difference. Just fill it out and email it to crestviewlionsfoundation@gmail.com.

Your generosity fuels everything we do. 100% of donations stay in our community — funding free eye exams and glasses, hearing aids, health screenings, and more.
